Who We Are
Since 2002, South Florida Home Investors Corp. has specialized in complete home remodeling and investment property renovations throughout Florida.
As a real estate investor myself, I understand the importance of completing projects on time, on budget, and with quality workmanship. We know what investors, hedge funds, property managers, and homeowners expect because we have been in your shoes.
Our team has completed hundreds of renovation projects ranging from full interior remodels to kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting, drywall, doors, windows, roofing, appliance installation, lighting, ceiling fans, and complete property turnovers.
Whether you’re renovating one home or managing hundreds of properties, our goal is simple: deliver quality work, communicate clearly, and finish every project the right way.
We also specialize in rental-ready renovations designed specifically for landlords, property managers, and real estate investors who need properties prepared for the rental market. Whether it’s a quick turnover or a complete rental-ready renovation, we focus on durable materials, cost-effective improvements, and fast completion to minimize vacancy time and maximize return on investment.

Professional Philosophy
As a real estate investor myself, I understand how to renovate homes to maximize return on investment while controlling costs and maintaining quality. Every project is approached with an investor’s mindset—focused on budget, timelines, communication, and profitability.
Permits, Code Violations & Investor Expertise
We understand that many investment properties come with code violations, expired permits, or work completed by previous owners without permits.
When permits are required, we work with licensed and insured professionals, including:
- • General Contractors (GC)
- • Roofing Contractors
- • HVAC Contractors
- • Electrical Contractors
- • Engineers
- • Window & Exterior Door Contractors
We also assist property owners with code violation cases. When work was completed without permits, our licensed General Contractor can often obtain after-the-fact permits to help bring the property into compliance.
As an experienced real estate investor, I can also help guide clients through the lien reduction process. Once violations have been corrected, many Florida cities and counties will consider reducing code enforcement liens, often substantially, through a formal lien reduction request but only after the violations have been corrected.
